We had fun creating custom page banners in some of the more picturesque places we visited during the year. It was pretty hilarious, though, trying to explain to unsuspecting volunteer photographers what we were trying to accomplish: “So, we want a wide shot, with us off to one side, and the cool stuff in the background, but you have to point the camera at us first so it focuses on us, press the shutter half way down, then re-frame the photo with us off to the side, then take the picture.” Uh, right. Anyway, we thought it would be fun to capture them all here for posterity (in reverse chronological order, not including the current one above, which is from the Galápagos Islands off the coast of Ecuador).
