Quick Update From Patagonia
Greetings from Argentina! We wanted to post a quick update to let everyone know that we’re heading off the grid for the next week or so as we begin a trek in Torres del Paine National Park here in southern Patagonia. We probably won’t be online again until we get to Ushuaia on 12/19, and maybe not even until we get to Buenos Aires on 12/22.
As usual, we’re a little behind on updating our blog, but that’s mainly because Patagonia as been too friggin’ beautiful to keep us indoors working on responsible things like blog posts. We’ve been hiking our culatas off down here, averaging about 4-5 hours per day, with a couple of exhausting and totally awesome 8-hour days on the trail. Besides helping us burn off some of those pounds we gained as we ate our way through Europe, these long walks have brought us to some of the most beautiful and awe-inspiring places we’ve ever seen. Seriously, it’s like nature porn everywhere you look. We thought we’d post a few photos below from our first two weeks here to show you what we mean. More to come from us in a couple of weeks – until then, catch ya on the flip side!

I think "nature porn" is the best thing you've written on this blog all year!
We loved Ushuaia and especially Buenos Aires. I know you will find this a terrific part of your trip. We are off to Hawaii.
